About Dominique Fletcher

With a business and entrepreneurial background, Dominique Fletcher delved into the real estate industry as a new home sales consultant with Pulte Homes. Dominique then later transitioned into general real estate where she specializes in helping home buyers maximize their new home construction purchase experience, and to purchase $100 Down HUD Homes and REO Homes. With her new home sales insider secrets, HUD specialist techniques and REO coaching, Dominique has helped countless home buyers and has earned the Million Dollar Circle Platinum Award.

With the real estate market downturn, Dominique took the time to learn traditional and internet marketing strategies to improve her business. During her journey, Dominique started Ms Nique Enterprises where her mission as a marketing consultant, is to teach real estate agents how to effectively use internet marketing and traditional marketing to create a brand and generate qualified traffic to increase sales and profits. 

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Dominique left home to attend the University of Central Florida in Orlando where she obtained a BSBA in Finance. She is a Certified BPO Specialist and has earned the REO Specialist Designation from Harris Real Estate University. She currently resides in the Metro Atlanta area.
